Award winning fruitcake comes in these sizes when available.

Cakes are made with many local ingredients, candied fruits, premium nuts (pecans, almonds and walnuts) and spices.  Here is a video of all those fruits and nuts!  https://youtu.be/EK7L-q1R3Zo.  Gathering for these cakes begin in the summer collecting figs and continue into the winter from the Bunkie area.  Pecans are locally hand picked, hand cracked and hand peeled by my mother here in Louisiana.  The white, brown, and teal eggs also come from a local farm.
